Online Graduate courses
Early registration for Spring 2015 CIRTL Courses opens Monday, November 24 at noon ET, and closes December 15. Courses include: Basics of Online Learning and Teaching, The College Classroom, Effective Teaching with Technology, Research Mentor Training, The Scholarship of Teaching and Learning II (guidance in project implementation), and Online Homework: A Practical Guide (short course). Courses are instructed by faculty and staff from research universities participating in the NSF-funded Center for the Integration of Research, Teaching, and Learning (CIRTL) Network. All courses are free and some can be taken for Cornell University graduate individual study credit. Priority registration is given to graduate students and postdocs, but faculty and staff may also enroll if space is available. While late registration goes until January 12, register early for best chance of enrollment!
